There are so many lies in the fitness industry.

And even the fitness YouTubers or doctors you may trust can hide crucial information from you that could’ve helped you achieve your goals.

Some doctors “aren’t allowed” to tell people some information then they are forced to lie to you.

Or some fitness YouTubers just say things for the sake of saying things because it’s what their viewers want to hear, and they’re getting views and money from their products.

Weight loss has always been one of the most popular topics in fitness, and millions of people worldwide want to lose weight.

But you have probably been lied to.

People tell you to count calories, buy fitness watches, do unnecessary hours of cardio, and take useless “weight loss” pills.

And you do all that daily cardio, monitoring your smartwatch,

Then you gain fat again.

But have you ever thought about why you need to go into a calorie deficit in the first place?

What did you do wrong that got you or keeps getting you fat and overweight?

And when you finish reading this article, you will finally know what they’ve been hiding from you.

After you read it, you won’t need to count,

A SINGLE calorie.

IT was never about calories!

It was never about calories; it was about the types of foods you eat.

It was about the McDonald’s Happy Meals that were being promoted in adverts for you to see as a child.

It’s about the energy drinks you’re drinking, thinking you’re getting energy.

When you eat food, your body requires micronutrients to convert what you eat into energy. Whole foods, like sweet potatoes, come with micronutrients.

But when you eat processed foods, like sweets or fast food, they don’t come with many or if not, ANY micronutrients.

So your body has to take the micronutrients from a previous meal you’ve eaten or steal it from within itself.

And that results in all the gut problems, joint pains, and all those diseases that doctors don’t even know the solution to.

Because vital organs and parts in your body are lacking the nutrients THEY NEED!

Processed, sugary foods cause a negative cycle!

The more you eat processed foods, the more you’ll crave them.

And this is why:

When you drink an energy drink or eat a bagel, for example, your body releases insulin to decide how much of it to store as energy or use straight away.

Because those foods have a lot of sugar, your body stores most of it. However, your insulin levels always rise after you eat a meal as it helps your body deal with the food.

But insulin is released very quickly when you consume carbs and sugar because they consist of glucose molecules and glucose in large quantities is toxic to your blood.

So most of it must be stored in your body to use over a longer period.

But because those “foods” you consume are based on sugar and sweeteners, your body stores most of the glucose as fat, and that’s why you are always tired and lack energy.

Most people don’t know that energy drinks don’t give you energy, but they think it’s because they don’t have enough energy, which is true, and they think the energy drinks will replenish their energy.

IT’S NOT THE CASE.

Your Insulin levels are the problem

If you’re overweight, you’re already carrying hundreds of thousands of calories on you as excess body fat, so you need to teach your body how to use the excess fat you carry on yourself as energy.

But you may wonder “How do you do that?”

You need to CONTROL your insulin levels.

“How do you control your insulin levels?”

By reducing the number of refined carbs and sugar you consume (like white rice, white bread, cookies, sweets etc.)

And base your meals on low carbs that are whole, like sweet potatoes, and have high animal protein and healthy fats.

FATS are not the problem

Fats were never the problem, SUGAR was the problem. When you eat sugar, insulin is released in your body very quickly. It is what causes your cravings for sugary snacks and treats.

Fats couldn’t be the problem because your brain consists of 60% of it.

So consuming healthy fats, like avocados and nuts, will benefit your brain health.

Fats are important and you should make sure you’re consuming enough of them.

So when you’re eating meat, keep the fat on it and EAT IT!

1 gram of fat has twice the energy (9 calories) than a gram of carbohydrate (4 calories) and protein (4 calories).

Fats and carbohydrates are both energy sources your body can use.

So clearly, you can see that if you teach your body how to stop relying on carbs for energy and use fats more instead, you’ll have way more energy, and you won’t need to eat more frequently because you’ll be full for longer.

Stop eating protein bars and consuming whey protein

a person holding a protein bar in a mountain landscape

Firstly, whey protein was never meant to be consumed by us. It’s a byproduct of the making of milk.

Just like how lactic acid is a byproduct of anaerobic respiration, and is toxic to your body, it’s the same with whey protein.

Just to make it even more unhealthy, they add sweeteners and all these other unnecessary chemicals that humans shouldn’t even be consuming.

Sweeteners are never in the foods that nature has given us and they are not in fruits.

So don’t consume them.

The fact that sweeteners aren’t sugar but taste like sugar is even more worrying. You don’t know what’s in it and what it could do to you.

You should rather be consuming normal sugar than sweeteners!

Secondly, protein bars have glucose syrup which makes you likely to become addicted to sugar, and maltodextrin, which has a higher glycemic index (106 to 136) than glucose itself (sugar), should change your thoughts on consuming it.

Many more ingredients shouldn’t be in certain foods but are there to increase their shelf life and harm our health.

Even most, if not all oat bars aren’t made of 100% oats. This one is only made of 60% oats, and then they add raising agents and emulsifiers.

If our ancestors survived off whole foods and animal protein and got enough energy, why do we add raising agents, emulsifiers, and sweeteners to our foods?

These ingredients aren’t grown on the ground or come from animals, they are LAB FOODS!

EAT ANIMAL PROTEINS INSTEAD.

If you want protein, eat animal protein. Some chicken drumsticks can have 20 grams of protein each, which is equal to 1 scoop of synthetic food that doesn’t even 100% come from nature.

You can also eat steak, pork, eggs, fish, beef, ribeye and more.

Did you know that a cooked egg has a bioavailability of around 91%, meaning that 91% of it can be digested?

The high-quality protein you receive from the egg is great for your health, but because of the synthetic ingredients in whey protein, not everything can be digested.

Where’s the evidence?

Where’s the evidence? Do YOUR STUDY and read the ingredients on the foods you buy.

If you’re having gut problems and you’re consuming whey protein, CUT IT OUT.

Having digestive problems and you’re consuming too much sugar, CUT IT OUT.

If you always feel low on energy, eat WHOLE foods and CUT SUGAR OUT.

You must avoid as many processed foods as you can!

Even if you think you aren’t having any problems currently, the processed foods will bite at you later in your life, because when you buy processed foods,

You pay interest with your health!

Why do you think Vietnam has the lowest obesity rate?

It’s because the most common food you see around is fresh fruit and vegetables, and they don’t have many fast food restaurants either.

Most of their foods consist of only a few natural ingredients.

If you didn’t know, McDonald’s only has 20 stores in Vietnam, compared to over 13,000 in the USA.

Conclusion

  • Why are you fat? Because you’ve been eating the wrong foods.
  • How do you lose weight? By controlling your insulin levels.
  • You won’t have to go on a calorie deficit because, with every step and action you take in your day, your body will use its excess fat as energy to do so
  • Is cardio bad for weight loss? No! Cardio can speed up your weight loss because you are burning more calories from you excess fat stores.

Besides, it increases your stamina and benefits your cardiovascular health.

But when you have lost weight, you won’t gain it back as fat, so you won’t have to do cardio.

  • Your body can’t properly digest synthetic and lab foods. So you should avoid them as much as possible.

Avoiding them will prevent you from illnesses and diseases. Keep your insulin moderate by avoiding too much sugar to prevent cravings for it again, and consume healthy fats to increase your energy and keep you fuller for longer.

  • Only buy whole foods and animal proteins because they contain micronutrients and macronutrients.
  • If the ingredients list on a food item is long, it’s processed and you should avoid it (for example if a whole chicken isn’t 100% whole chicken and it contains other ingredients, DON’T BUY IT)
  • It’s not your fault that you are overweight or fat. It’s because we have all been lied to by these companies trading money for our health.

Most of your parents didn’t even know about it either.

But it’s not too late.

  • Now you know the truth about food, your diet can change and you can live a healthier, illness-free life.
