Guess what?
I don’t drink protein shakes, consume whey protein or protein bars. I don’t go to a gym either. I do calisthenics.
My Current Achievements
In one year, I went from 8 reps of 40kg on the squat to 12 reps of 60kg. I went from 10 reps of regular pushups with 5kg on my back to 14 reps with 8.75kg on my back.
I don’t work out at a gym which is why you haven’t seen my 1-rep-maxes, and all this strength and muscle was built at home with discipline and consistency. But I also know the gym would’ve been just as effective.
