The fitness industry
I mainly focus on revealing the truth about the fitness industry and the lies that they may tell you. And you won’t believe how many lies you’ve been told that have been indoctrinated in you.
They tell you that it’s scientifically impossible to lose fat without a calorie deficit, and they tell you that carbohydrates aren’t the reason you’re fat.
In the muscle-building industry, they push certain rep numbers for example 10 and 12 as if they’re magic numbers that reap your gains. They don’t talk about training to failure, rest, active recovery and animal protein sources.
They also push whey protein, a by-product of the making of milk. The word “by-product” should make you question synthetic lab food.
Even past that, they cram the stress of doing hours of cardio in you although that isn’t the truth.
These companies are pushing products to you that don’t even work! I even used to promote those “weight loss” pills until I finally discovered the truth.
Outside of the topic of weight loss, the companies put many unknown ingredients in the food you eat, which may not do you harm now, but will years later in your life.
They don’t care about you; all they want is MONEY.
They can say “no added sugar” but there are sweeteners as an alternative which are even worse for you.
You’re destroying your gut by consuming these ultra-processed foods.
You can’t even buy a sandwich from a shop without having food additives like preservatives and all times of synthetic, lab ingredients.
You have the power
But there’s GOOD NEWS!
You have the POWER to control your diet! They can’t physically stop you from getting whole foods and cooking in your kitchen.
The art of cooking is amazing; you KNOW what you put in YOUR food.
They think you’re stupid, but they can’t hide the ingredients list from the food products. So you can learn how to read the ingredients in whatever food you want to buy.
Regardless, You may question my credibility or assume that I am not a qualified doctor to provide advice.
However, most of what I say is based on studies that you find here in my blog, and what Eddie Abbew says about the food industry, a bodybuilding champion and psychiatric nurse. The topics I discuss are inspired by his decades of experience.
